Update on SiS USB2VGA --

Updated docs at http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Adding_USB_SVGA -- now very
easy to setup if you are running 10.1.x . Works reasonably well. It
has quirks that won't go away (easily or soon).

If you can live with those quirks, it's very good :-)
