Collection key vs Q2E44 (and Q3A41?)

Martin -

Just another note of advice - I discovered a normal-looking USB key that *wasn't* working had a single FAT partition on it, but it had been erased on a Mac and had a GUID partition table.  Reformatting with an MBR fixed it.
