[Sugar-devel] gitorious and uploading public key

looks like we have porblems in git.sugarlabs.org
I've created new project 4 days ago and it's still in creating phase
http://git.sugarlabs.org/projects/shell/repos/mainline
earlier, it took several minutes to create new project.
