Building Q2E41 - errors in missing nandblaster_tx.bin nandblaster_rx.bin

Hi,

The problem is that the Q2E41 version of mcastnand.bth pulls down a
particular version of multicast-nand, and that version doesn't yet
have this patch, which fixes the linking on Ubuntu:

Building HEAD works on Ubuntu and Fedora, and building Q2E41 works on
Fedora.  Building Q2E41 on Ubuntu requires the patch.
