This is the first version-relevant XO-1.5 thing to go upstream so we
can choose the naming for this and all subsequent items.
I like "xo15" too. Chris?

Yep. I'd take care of this, and the powerd update. As mentioned
earlier, this isn't something that we'd ship in the immediate future.
