At this point you're not even offensive anymore, just pitiable.

We're not demanding anyone is giving away anything for free. We simply choose to do that ourselves, and we want to enable others to do the same, so we make available everything someone else might need to build on our work. But nobody is forcing you to do as we do, so don't whine.
