I did say "function of ... source quality".  On os33 I looked randomly
at several videos -- even the best was still "jerky".  On os32 I seem
to remember several videos being "almost smooth".

No.  This was not a formal "test".  The os32 viewing I did several
weeks ago, and I did not write down exactly what I looked at.  I am
*not* a YouTube user - I don't really know how to navigate there - I
usually choose from among the videos listed on the first page.
