And we won't really be able to tell because all we'll get back from the
users or deployments is "doesn't work".  We haven't got data logging of
wireless conditions experienced by every radio ... and we probably can't
afford to go to that level of detail ... but that is what it would take
to make this work, if there was a real need for it that would cover the
huge cost.
