Q3A12 firmware

We upgraded (an XO 1.5 B2) with the following procedure:

flash u:\boot\q3a12.rom 

After rebooting, kernel initialization dies with:

"olpc-dcon: Discovered DCON version 2"

Nothing more is printed afterwards. Downgrading to q3a11 makes
everything work again. 

Any ideas?
