dbus session in VT / ssh sessions

On 767/802, there are two pieces:

   1. A configuration file installed by the rainbow package:

        http://dev.laptop.org/git/security/tree/rainbow/rainbow/conf/session-olpc.conf

   2. A program to use it: (/usr/bin/sugar)

        http://dev.laptop.org/git/sugar/tree/bin/sugar.in?id=47b40da487f8497401e3bcae3789b503683d91fd

      which is in turn called by /usr/bin/olpc-session:

        http://dev.laptop.org/git/projects/olpc-utils/tree/usr/bin/olpc-session?h=olpc-3
