i can't find signed firmware images

Yeah, grab the tar.bz2, and do

  cd /tmp
  tar -jxf os802.tar.bz2
  tar -xjf os802.tar.bz2 ./versions/pristine/802/boot/bootfw.zip

it will create a versions directory... dig there to find your file.

This firmware is what you want if you have XOs with old OS and FW, and
you want to NANDBlast'em into modernity.
