multiple X mouse pointers per machine

Search for "MPX on youtube.  Peter Hutterer of Red Hat is the principle,
and I've just been freed up to help and worry about Gen-2 in this area
(and touch in general).

The multiple pointer stuff is all integrated into the X.org sources at
this date: but more work is needed to take the touch stuff you'll see in
the videos to production (not to mention toolkit work, UI work, window
manager work, driver work....)
