New joyride build 2563

This build fixes the gconf activity launch error, but there's another
error waiting -- like the gconf one, it gets hit when launching via
Rainbow and not with sugar-launch:

   ValueError: Icon 'zoom-home' not found.

$GTK2_RC_FILES is correct inside the rainbow child, yet we look for
icons in /usr/share/icons/hicolor instead of /usr/share/icons/sugar.
