q2d16 built

I've built q2d16.  Should pop up in a Joyride or get it from 
dev.laptop.org.  Please test.  Release notes to follow on the wiki 
tomorrow.  (Unless someone beats me to it)

Changes:
  * Made the "enter" client service check the security state
  * Fix memtest on secure machines
  * trac 7114 - ensure indexed-I/O is disabled during early interaction.
