How do you compile the kernel? I'm not accustomed to using
distro-specific targets for compiling a kernel so I basically take
suggestions from others for the best way to compile an XO kernel. I
considered using vanilla kernel build techniques, but I wasn't sure if
these would be incompatible with the way the XO kernel should be
built.

Is there anything I can do to help further diagnose the reason the
2.6.26-rc2 kernel won't boot?
