If you have applied to the developer's program a few months ago, please
check to see if your application was transferred into the new system:
http://projectdb.olpc.at/
If it is not there, I'm afraid you will have to apply again. The idea with
this new system is that there is a community who will help evaluate the best
uses for laptops. Please note that this program is for single or two laptop
requests, not quantities, so if you request quantities of laptops, it will
probably be refused.

Can you provide an overview of how the new system works? How applications
get reviewed and how often ship orders will be sent out? How people get
feedback on their request, etc?
