Regarding the XO upgrade discussions (USB key vs XS...),
did the XS ever get up on the XO-1?  If that were working
the upgrade process would be:

1. Upgrade 1 XO to an "upgrade XS laptop"
2. Wireless upgrade of all the XOs

Of course this is moot if the XS on XO is not available.
