Code name for 9.1.0 (Jim Gettys)

Hi Jim,

Thanks for the comment and understood.

I will wait until we identify the person "doing the release job" before 
considering a code name.

In the mean time I'll start gathering requirements and evaluating 
priorities on this page: http://wiki.laptop.org/go/9.1.0
