8.2.0 Release Notes

Would anyone complain if I made some minor organizational changes? It
makes more sense to me to have wiki.laptoporg/go/Release_Notes (which
we do already have) link to
(wiki.laptoporg/go/Release_notes/<release>). Including OLPC in the
title is redundant, because this is the OLPC wiki, and keeping the
namespace sane by collecting them under Release_Notes makes more
sense, while still keeping that meaningful info in the URL.
As an aside, SJ, is it possible to adjust the settings to make the
wiki case insensitive for page titles? (Would we have any collisions
if we did that now?) Note that the Release_Notes page mentioned above
is incorrect in this regard. It's one thing to argue that best
practice is to make all titles lowercase (minus the automatic sentence
capitalization performed), but much better simply to make it not
matter, in my opinion. It's /possible/ that case sensitivity could be
considered useful for disambiguation on wikipedia, but elsewhere it
seems to make very little sense.

PS. I've been wanting to do similar organization of other sections as
well; for instance, meeting minutes. Can I simply do so and leave
redirect links, or should I do so and send mail to sugar/devel about
them? I may try to tackle it in small pieces in my spare time, if I
find any.
