Can't run applications on Sugar

Dear all,

I typed "killall -9 python" on Terminal and after rebooting XO,  
couldn't see Journal bundles on Sugar home. Also, I couldn't run other  
applications there.

Is there anyone who kindly let me know how to deal with this problem?
