Is it possible to disable the jingle at boot ?

I would like to disable the jingle at boot time

I have tried some printenv ,

setenv silent-mode? true 

in openfirmware , but it doesn t work :-(

My olpc is a G1G1 C2 , Openfirmware CL1 Q2D06 Q2D

Can someone help me ?
