#6295 is a Presence Service bug fix for Update.1. It has been tested in
Joyride and is ready for approval.

It improves reliability in connecting to jabber servers, in particular
where the jabber server loses the database as has happened on
schoolserver.laptop.org. PS will now try to reregister with the jabber
server if connecting fails because of authentication.
