I know you're waiting for Sayamindu to designate a fontconfig; however,
rainbow-0.7.9 should still be included here (it is approved in #6046 but
also fixes #6216).

P.S. - As a heads up, it appear that we're going to want a rainbow
release for at least one of [#6405, #6411].
