turkish keyboard (again)

I have owned several (around a dozen?) Turkish keyboards, and having been
lived there for about 16 years, I can confirm that no one uses the F layout,
and Q layout is the standard. Hope this helps.

The last time I remember an F layout being used was in 1992, in a government
office.
