This is starting to get a bit annoying.  We need to do something to 
prevent hourly annoying messages.

Perhaps we should reconsider the wisdom of hourly builds, or quit 
sending hourly change reports, or something.

Too much information is just as bad as too little - the "cry wolf" syndrome.
