3. One-line description     : It's a clock.
4. Longer description       :  It shows 24-hour digital time, 12-hour analog
time, and auto-localized date.  Digital time and analog time are color-coded to
explain the connection between digits and hands.  The clock only updates when
it's visible, to minimize CPU usage.
