#1544 NORM Untriag: browser has trouble loading / displaying large xml + svg + javascript file

I think part of the problem may be it eats too much memory. (It runs
better ona B1 or B2-2 than a B2-1 on older builds, e.g., 406. But it
doesn't run on Buld 430.
