[Trac #1049] Rotating in reverse and/or better feedback for the rotate button

Another idea -- holding the rotate button + pressing a gamepad
UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT key will change the screen orientation to the
NORMAL/180/90CCW/90CW direction.
