Stable build for BTest-3, firmware q2c11 and Build 406.

The firmware for BTest-3 can be found in:

This system is very similar to the last stable build: we did not want to
change everything while adding support for the Geode LX processor. The
one user visible change is to support accented characters in nicknames
(non-ascii text)  20% of the children in the Porto Alegre school have
accented characters in their names, and the failure for that bug is to
make Sugar crash repetitively.

You may also note better camera quality.
