Yeah, B3 will definitely be done with 5.220.10.p5.  The question was
more about whether people outside OLPC could test the 5.220.11.p4
pre-release firwmare rather than if it was going to go in a build.
We've been mostly frozen on the software stuff for about a week in any
case.
