Problem with the dev_laptop_org site!

We(from Nepal) are getting the following message, when we try to
browse the site,
http://dev.laptop.org, for 3 days:

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://dev.laptop.org/

The following error was encountered:

   * Connection Failed

The system returned:

   (60) Operation timed out

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

Is this the problem with the OLPC server?
