Hardly. They are talking about UI and activity design, not about the
innards of Sugar.

Anyway, I got libglade working by forcing a checkout. Now I'm stuck on
dbus, because xmlto doesn't know how to call getopt on Debian. There
appears to be no standard way to do this. Filing bug report with
Debian.
