Using --excludedocs and --excludepath with yum

Hmm... seems like a good start...  But those "copyright" files
are still quite big to carry around in several hundreds of copies.
Especially if you consider that most filesystems will round
the disk usage up to the block size (4KB?).

already carry enough metadata in RPMs to do without them.
Or close.
