Yes, the updates/ hierarchy contains the RPM updates for
yum.  For some reason, kernel.org does not mirror them:

 http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/updates/7/


Ah, and I'm afraid the F7 rsync script wiped out the F6
stuff by mistake.  This is probably a good moment for
converting our mirror to match RedHat's hierarchy.
