Dropping support for ATest developer boards.

The time has come to drop support in our firmware development cycle for
ATest developer boards; its continuing support (with the different
variant of the embedded controller chip) is increasingly problematic,
taking time of people who do not have sufficient time to do the
development and testing that would be required.

At some point, therefore, our software may stop working on ATest boards
due to interface changes.

If you are still actively using ATest developer boards using our
firmware, we do want to hear from you; please follow the usual procedure
at http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Developers_Program for requesting systems,
and we'll do what we can to accommodate requests, this time for
developer systems. Please include information as to what you plan to
do, and what you have done in the request; until production we are not
flush enough with systems to just send them to everyone without
thought.

Thank you all for all your great help!
                                   Best regards,
                                       - Jim Gettys
