RSS feed for several git modules not working

Looks like the new version of gitweb isn't handling Unicode correctly:

   Cannot decode string with wide characters at /usr/lib/perl/5.8/Encode.pm line 166.

(And those two modules have Ivan's name, containing Unicode, as the
owner.)
