new cross tools snapshot

I just uploaded a new snapshot (GCC CVS from Jan 26) where the Geode
specific optimizations get used by GCC by default now, instead of the
older pentium based ones. Interested folks can grab this from
http://gnash.lulu.com/tools. Next is beating the AMD tests for memory
and string operations into glibc. At that point we'll all have a
OLPC-Geode specific tool chain.
