System CPU Usage Graph

  This is nothing urgent, and more of a fun thing to watch, but if I
open the "Developer console" and leave the graph of "System CPU Usage"
opened, it climbs up to 76% or such from 68%, and the number seems to
be a linear function of the length of graph itself.  I guess that
drawing the line segments is somewhat expensive^^; (oh, on build 235.)

  In general, a probe like this shouldn't change the behavior of what
it is observing and it may be showing some opportunity of
optimization.
