[ANNOUNCE] New stable release and autoupdate packages

Hello all,

Build 231 is the new stable release please grab it[1] or the
autoupdater[2] and test.  The updater also includes the update for the
Q2B20 firmware build.

Instructions for using the autoupdater can be found at 
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Autoreinstallation_image .  For some reason I
do not have access to edit the page so can someone who does so can
someone who does update the links?  Thanks.
