My understanding is that Jim dislikes the use of keywords, and that
the canonical source for the process is at
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Update.1_process , which doesn't mention
either an 'update.1?' keyword *or* the 'Retriage, please!' milestone
that some people seem to be using.  If the wiki is not correct, it
should be updated.
