boot failed after updating MP to joyride-357 (activation?)

Hi,

After rebooting, a sad face appeared, 'BOOT FAILED' was written at the
top left and under the laptop icon was a lock.

Booting the alternate image (pressing the 'O' button while powering on)
worked fine.

What did I wrong?
