I'd like everyone to focus on completion of their key functionality.  

We also need to be careful to keep our builds increasingly stable with
time: I do not expect perfection here, of course; and everyone makes
mistakes.  But we cannot go for extended periods without good builds for
testing and possibly more widespread use.  

For the next couple weeks, please try to introduce new, possibly
destabilizing features early in the week, so that toward the end of the
week we can again end up with a pretty stable build for more careful and
extensive testing.

If you believe a change may have a destabilizing effect, or may have
impact requiring changes by others, please post to the mailing lists
before asking for it to go in.
