 The dynticks stuff is clearly eventually going mainline, from all signs.
 Right now, I think we need to focus on completing basic power management
 and suspend and resume.  Let's let this dog lie for a while; it may happen
 without us doing the work.  We can revisit this when we've got our basic
 functionality complete and are having to reach more than a few inches for
 fruit.
