 There are multiple issues here:

 * A lot of the design details are not implemented yet.
 * Right now the only working activity is the browser. We need to get more
 activities integrated (memory game and chat at very least).
 * Sugar is designed around the mesh. Running it on a single computer will
 never give you the idea of what you can do. I'm thinking about using a
 simulator to handle this.
 * I think there are plans for a first time introduction to the system.
