 After poking at the interrupt stuff with Tom Sylla, he and I did some more
 poking at the multiplexer problem.

 It turns out that we do, in fact, have a fully functional active
 multiplexing controller, however it  only works properly when we are
 properly recieving 8042 interrupts.

 Thus, this can probably be closed.
