 don't need wads of TCL, it comes with your FS2 installation.

 So, disregard what I said about TCL in the build image; everything wanted
 seems possible.  If there's a small time window in the boot process which
 is the right time to start the FS2/PRS, hitting it while monitoring the
 board over serial could prove difficult.
