the infineon devices. You can run CAS2.5, and it will probably be pretty
good, but it still really isn't meeting the Infineon datasheet spec. The
olpc higher-ups will have to decide the correct path to address this.
Very early on, C.H. Yang had mentioned that the OLPC RAM was designed as
CL2.5 (IIRC, in response to Ron and Ollie's questions). I will check the
Infineon datasheet more closely, and will verify whether the timings are
in fact valid when run at CL2.5 timings.
