 It's clear that we can't go for very long without going with IPv6, but I
 think we won't get around to doing this in rev1; there's just too many
 other things to get done.

 Some outstanding problems are security (look at the THC IPv6 attack suite)
 and tunneling; for the time being, we're doing IPv4 with mDNS service
 discovery via Avahi.
