 * Shouldn’t this (as well as ticket #23 & #41) be part of a school network
 configuration specification.
  * Hopefully one of the artifacts we are working on is an
 expected/recommended school topology and services deployment pattern –
 detailing the connectivity, network services and interfaces/capabilities
 that applications can expect
