hera.kernel.org web access is down for some reason.

I've put the tarball up at,
http://dev.laptop.org/~marcelo/kexec-boot-loader.tar.gz, but it would be
nice if patches relative to kexec-tools 1.96 were used instead, and kept
in the buildrom repository.

Jordan, Richard, can you please fixup the URL for now?
